01/Why it is called D/WYS

Many software projects disappoint because the result looks different from what anyone pictured. At D/WYS, each project starts with a prototype you can click through. Once you approve it, that prototype is the reference until launch day.

03/Process

From idea to live.

  1. Step 01/05

    Intro

Tell the story of the problem and what you want to reach. That conversation turns into a proposed scope and a time estimate.

  2. Step 02/05

    Prototype

Before any code gets written, you click through the flow in a prototype. Your feedback shapes it until it fits.

  3. Step 03/05

    Build

The work is split into stages. Each one ends with a demo of a version you can already use.

  4. Step 04/05

    Launch

Once tested, the system launches and is ready to use. Documentation and every account are handed over in your name.

  5. Step 05/05

    Maintain

After launch, fixes and new features continue through a monthly maintenance plan.

PDFin

Compress, merge, and convert PDFs without uploading.

Bring a PDF to the size a portal asks for, such as 80 KB to 1 MB. Merge photos of an ID card, a diploma, and a letter into one file, then watermark it so the copy is good for one purpose only. Everything happens on your own phone or laptop, so files are never sent to any server.

06/Questions

Before you send a brief.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope. After the intro session you get a written estimate that breaks down the work and its cost. Nothing is committed until you agree.

Who works on the project?

Projects are built hands-on by the senior engineer at D/WYS. If a project needs extra expertise, that is discussed and agreed at the start.

Do I own the code and access?

Yes. Repositories and cloud accounts are registered to you or your company, and so is the domain. The documentation comes with them.

Can you take over an existing project?

Yes. It usually starts with a short audit of the code and servers. The plan of fixes comes after that.

Can we work together from outside Indonesia?

Yes. Discussions and demos happen online, in English or Indonesian.

Describe what you want to see.

Describe the problem and your goal. The reply comes with follow-up questions and a suggested first step.
